We have gathered some common questions that our clients may have:

  • I need some specific service, can you help me with that? Yes, it is possible, please, contact support with your need. Services of such type could be a shopping list before you arrive,  mobile phone for rent, sim card to place and receive calls in Belarus and avoid high roaming charges.  These services are always paid in advance.
  • Why do you require deposit for the appartment booking? We contact appartment owners and negotiate the price and availability of the appartment at requested dates. To ensure that it is reserved and is free at the time you arrive it is required to pay for the first night of your stay.
  • I need to change my arrival dates, how do I do it? Please, contact our support immediately. There should be no problem with that, but it is treated case by case and depends on how much time is left before your arrival.
  • I need to cancell my booking. Can you send me a refund? It is a pity that you changed your idea, but of course you may expect a refund. Please, note that you must contact support 24 hours before your arrival date otherwise cancelling is not possible. Refund is available for taxi reservation, translation services, vip service, 24-7 phone support only in case you inform us 24 hours in advance. Appartment booking, any special services ordered, flower delivery, visa service are not refunded.
  • What means of payments do you accept? We accept paypal and credit/debit cards.
  • I prefer to pay cash/ I prefer not to pay in advance? This option is not possible for visa service, airport taxi service and appartment reservation. You could order taxi service only and then choose the available appartments and ask for additional services at your arrival. Please, inform us about this option at the time you order taxi service.
  • Can you help me plan my vacation in Belarus? Sure, we can help you. Send us your request, the number of  days you stay, your interests and we will contact you with our offer.
