Order Process

It is important to know our order process at the time you decide to use our services. We do require advance payment for certain services. These services include: visa support, apartment booking for certain dates requires advance payment for 1 night stay, airport taxi service reservation.

Our order process is done in 2 steps:

  1. Go to the “Order” page and select the services you need. All additional information you can include in comments field.
  2. If some information is missing or required, then our support team will contact you. You will receive an invoice by email. With the required sum of deposit to pay or full prepayment depending on the service chosen, the rest is paid at your arrival.

Payment details: we accept payments by credit cards and paypal. We can also accept some internet currencies, ask support if you want to use that method. We do not provide bank details for new clients and no exceptions are done. If you are not paying with the credit card that matches the order first name and last name, please, warn us beforehand otherwise we cancel the transaction and report it.
